Airline changed my flight and cheapoair never re-issued me a new ticket. I called them, went on their website & chat line but their system sucked - kept getting a message: We're experiencing technical problems, please try again.
After 4 hrs trying I called the airline who told me to show up early at the airport. When I showed up at the airport to check-in, the airline said I had to buy a new ticket because cheapoair had cancelled my ticket. Never have this kind of problems with Orbitz.
Stay away from CheapOAir before they too and deny any kind of responsibility. What a scam & rippoff!
