Complaint / review text:
I travelled on EK 730 from EBB to DXB (seat 36F) on 28th Oct. 2012 and connected to ICN from DXB on 29th Oct. 2012 on EK 322 (seat 82K).
My return flight (ICN to DXB) was to be on 17th Nov. 2012 (on EK 323) and was confirmed.
To my surprise, staff at ICN grabbed my e-ticket and informed me the flight had been cancelled "for no show" and e-ticket suspended. They say I never showed up on EK 730 on 28th Oct.
2012 and EK 322 on 29th Oct. 2012! I still have my boarding passes!
Nothing was done for me other than book me on the next flight (following day). How do I get redress for my time wasted, money spent and inconvenience?
