My luggage was lost in Megabus and I wrote to report. Only the first time was responded by Jasmine and all responses were from auto-reply.
10 days passed but nobody and no contact reached to me. I called many times to megabus but the representatives directed me to a number that is "no service". I wonder how to contact Megabus for loss and found.
From Megabus website, there is clearly text about luggage lost i. E. Contact, investigation and compensation.
I wonder if the promise from Megabus accountable or just as words, instead of action. If so, please let me know not to expect for it.
