Complaint / review text:
On 8-14-13 I Demonique L Miller boarded a white bus which was suppose to be a mega bus from Las Vegas at 7pm the time I reserved about a week ahead of time. I Demonique was told that I could not carry my luggage on board with me that day of travel, at this time I was advised the mega bus worker that I have always been aloud to carry my bags and luggage on the bus with me. I still wasn't aloud to carry my luggage on with me I was told to put it under the bus with all the other luggage. I did what I was told, this bus that I had to board had no wifi nor did it have any plus and sockets to charge my cell phone. The bus which I was on arrived in Los Angeles around 12:40am I then gather all my things that I had with me and exited the bus to find my luggage missing there was two working there that day who were no help to me at all. I was only given a number to call customer service who weren't any help at all neither. I am very up set about this. And asking the owner of mega bus to replace all my items and luggage that was placed in mega bus care and they failed to get my things back to me safely with I payed for this has caused me so much stress.
My luggage was black with a side zipper and a gray carry handle an a black put handle. There was several items in side the luggage over $400 things.
1. Clothing - 5 shirts about $5-$10 each, 2 about $20 each 1 pair of pants $20
2. Shoes - 7 pair 6 sandals from anywhere between $20-$30 each
And one pair of hills $50
3. Make-up kit over $200 mac make up included.
4. Feminine products deodorant, brash, comb, body oil, face wash, face cream, and 4 bottles of hair products all over $100.
