Philippine airlines are so disorganised, they stuffed up my tickets/flight from Melbourne to perth

Complaint / review text:
When I arrived in Melbourne from Manila and went to check in to fly to perth, they said my flight was not paid for by Philippine airlines and wouldn't check me in, I went to PAL service desk where they said they would sort it all out, they issued me with a voucher for Virgin, I went back to virgin to check in and they said it was still not paid for from PAL, so at this stage I had missed my 9am flight, then the 10:30am flight and was booked for the 1pm flight, I went to check in again and it still came up as flight not paid for by PAL, I went back again to get it all sorted out and they said it was all fixed this time and booked on the 5:30pm flight I checked in got my boarding pas at long last, I was going home, they called for everyone to board the plane and then there was another problem with my flight and couldn't board my flight again, the people from Virgin did everything to help and got me on the plane, so what i learned is PAL doesn't give a about their customers and their customer service is a complete joke, never fly with Philippine Airlines
