How do we allow a company to exist with zero customer service? My college son left his bag on a megabus from Detroit to Chicago.
We tried to follow the correct path for forgotten luggage. There is no path. There is no resolution for left luggage. I have emailed and called and I am inclined to believe that they just DO NOT CARE.
Megabus you are a shimsham business. BOO to how you treat your customers.
All I have asked for is a protocol for luggage that is left behind. I have not been able to talk to a single person who can help me.
