On June 13,2014 I had a flight from EWR to BOS flight 2480 & from BOS to ORD flight 1011. My flight from EWR to BOS was at 2pm Eastern Time landing at 3:05 pm and from BOS to ORD at 4:20pm. Due to some delay from EWR to BOS my flight didn't take off until 2:30 and landed around 4 pm because of this delay I missed my connection flight. I stood in line waiting for 45 minutes until I was called by a representative and she was rude and inconsiderate of the issue. I wasn't offered any type of reasonable solutions to compensate for my missed flight that I had no control over. I had to completely a book new flight with a different airline because there were no reasonable accommodations with Jetblue. I spent a total of $350 for a new ticket because of Jetblue. I had a dire need to go home and the representative was completely rude and gave me attitude for no apparent reason. Customer service is horrible and they also misplaced my luggage. I deserve to be compensated for this inconvenience.
