SAA has conveniently decided to cancel all officially issued E-TICKETS booked for the flight to ABU DHABI. They claim "as you may have been aware, the fare you purchased was incorrect and resulted from an inadvertent error that was beyond our control." How is the consumer to know especially when they are running a 72 hour international sale.??? SAA come up with a better excuse. People have booked hotel accommodation that cannot be cancelled so what now? Im so sorry but your pathetic sorry email is not good enough. Perhaps take tips from ETIHAD who had the exact same issue and guess what, they honored there tickets. You cannot take the easy way out on this one. And then you wonder why SAA is not the preferred choice of Airline Carrier for travelers. You have played with peoples happiness and lives and im sure all affected will not let this go. Please come clean and honor your own mistake.
