Complaint / review text:
I have used Harvey's world travel for a few years. Elsje Nel got sick, from Pretoria North Harvey's and closed shop. Thus I started using Harvey's Centurion for my travelling needs as I always received great service from Elsje.
Since using the Centurion Branch there has only been difficulties with flights etc. "I will call you back in 10 minutes without any feedback after even a day. That was from Mpho at Harvey's Centurion.
In December I had to book a urgent flight for a one of our directors from SA to Niger and asked Mpho to arrange the flights. She did not even call back when she said she would. I ended up with Jackie which actually helped with a booking. Our Director could not get a Visa in time and I had to cancel the flight as Jackie told me she will get me a refund. I made a new booking and went to Niger in December which Jackie arranged for me.
When I returned from Niger a few days later I sent Jackie an e-mail asking for the refund. She responded that she is working on it ASAP. I do have the e-mails to prove. Since January I have not had any feedback from Jackie. I sent various e-mails without any response until I called her. She said she would get back to me
