This is on behalf of my mother in law, as she has no access to the internet. As an elderly lady she was conned into taking out a contract with GTASA. When her husband became ill, she could not afford the payments, and tried to end the contract. No feedback was given, and deductions from her account continued. She then stopped the debit order at the bank. We tried again to end the contract, and she was now told it is impossible, and she has to pay the amounts due that the stopping of the debit order caused. Nobody gave her feedback, and nobody called to ask for her payments, so she could explain. Now they want over R14 000. GTASA, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your holidays are not so cheap. Please help these elderly people, and cancel the contract. They don't want it, and they cannot afford it.
