This place has the worst customer service I ever encountered in my life. I think the call center may be located in several countries. But their main operation is in India. I am very familiar with Indian accent and it seems like this operation is concealing their employee's true identity. It is impossible to have a call center in India say for example of 200 people and ALL of them have typical Western name (like Johnson, Jeremy, Eric, etc). The employees are extremely careless and not trained well. They enter incorrect name of passengers that can make a big hassle and waste of time for passengers like my family. They charge amount sometime without your consent. Worst part is they are absolutely not apologetic at all for their mistakes! I hope this operation gets shut down.
