Complaint / review text:
I sent an email on Thursday 2 April 2015 at 07h00 asking for a quote for a rental vehicle (which should take about 5 minutes to acquire). At 14h44 someone phoned me to say that they were going home at 15h00 and that they would contact me on Tuesday 7 April. That's fine as the booking I require is only for June. Well, Tuesday has come and gone and I've heard nothing from them.
On a previous occasion I tried to book for the Kruger Park through them, asking for specific camps. They couldn't help me, but I managed to make my own booking, exactly as I wanted it, on the internet. Strange...
On another occasion I asked for a quote for a rental car and I could get it cheaper on the internet.
I have to ask what benefits I've received from making use of GTASA. They were full of promises when selling us their "club", with promises of savings on almost anything (including the Kruger), but I've yet to experience them.
