I have tried to sell / cancel this contract for 3 years!!! I am my wits end, obviously GTASA are happy to collect from customers but will not do a thing to assist their customers. I dont want to be a customer of them and dont know what else to do anymore. This month they have taken an additional amount off my bank account, no correspondence, no advise on what it is for, nothing, nada. I have sent them so many e-mails explaining that my agreement was paid in full and as I have was retrenched last year to please cancel it, they explained that they will assist me by placing the contract in their "For Sale" section in their monthly news letter at a discounted price. Please for heaven's sake I cannot afford this payment that went of my account and feel bullied by GTASA. I have not received any feedback from them, no updates. Surely as the consumer I also have rights??? Your sales people are bullies. Please cancel this agreement and return the monies that was taken without advising me.
