I arrived in Binghamton to travel with Megabus to NYC and could not find the terminal. No address was given in the confirmation email.
I called Megabus customer service at 877-462-6342 but the rep had no address or telephone number for the terminal. We had to ask locals for directions and ended up missing the bus despite having been 40 minutes early! The ticket is not valid for the next bus or any other bus so I had to purchase a Greyhound ticket for much the same price and arrived in NYC 2.5 hours late. I called Megabus for a credit.
The rep said they will not give credit even though they did not know where the terminal was!
She would not give her name, would not transfer to a supervisor and then hung up on me. I will not use this company again.
