I have had service with Direct TV for a number of years and never had a problem with their service. When I had an issue I would call in and they would fix my concern. Until recent when I called in on August 15,2014 regarding my bill. It was higher than all of my prior bills, part of the increase was that they took off two credits one for $20.00 and the other for $10,00. Then I was told on 7/10/14 that I was to have HBO and Showtime for the price of HBO for three months. After having to be transferred over five times I was told sorry not going to honor what you were told. I was also advised that my account had been flagged as having received to many credits. Well how is that my fault, when Direct TV offers a credit to off set a large charge such as NFL Sunday ticket or MLB Extra innings, was I to say no please don%u2019t credit my account I don%u2019t want to be discriminated in the future for having to many credits. I don%u2019t want to be treated like a dead beat because you gave and offered the credit. Really not sure what changed at Direct TV, but you better take a look.
