Complaint / review text:
I ordered an upgrade of service from Internet to add TV. The first order was horribly messed up and the scheduled appointment was 1 week out. I was not happy that it was a week out, but was willing to live with it.
1st appointment 7 days after order: Could not do the installation since Tier 2 was not working at that time
2nd appointment 9 days after order: Put on connector wrong (according to next tech out) that broke the internet and did not finish install.
3rd appointment 10 days after order: Fixed the connector - got Internet working again.:)
4th appointment 11 days after order: tomorrow. We will see if this is the last time they come out.
Asked refund of the installation charge and did not receive it.: (
