I contacted Direct TV for services scheduled an installation date waited the 4 hour window time frame for the tech to advise you are unable to receive services. Contacted the scheduling department for a refund was advised we offer a second opinion, I agreed was informed of the 24-48 time frame for a supervisor to contact me for a second opinion.
Never received a call, called back and was advised we are not sending a rep for a second opinion unless you cut down your tree. So I wasted three days plus, I have to wait another 3-5 business days for a refund. I missed the opportunity to start services with dish network because I was waiting for Direct TV second opinion that would never happen. I requested to speak with a supervisor to speed the refund process along and waited 25 mins for the supervisor to hang up on me.
Called back and the next supervisor was sarcastic and made light of the situation. This was a complete waste of time and has hindered my ability to enjoy my new home. I will never recommend services through Direct TV and will be sure to inform everyone of my horrible experience.
