Complaint / review text:
They are trying to scam my family for $50. To have a technician come out to our house for trouble shooting that after 3 months of no issues but now both of our tvs went blanks with code 775 or pay a monthly policy of $7.99 to cover future expenses & issues & also aggressively wanting to sell me other products that have nothing to do of fixing their systems to turn my pictures on that we are already paying for!
Their trouble shooting guy threatened that I can't cancel "Direct TV" because I have a commitment contract with them! So they pissed off my family just to scams all of us for more money for their very poorly "customer services" Please help if anybody knows what to do?
