Pissed off with sirius Xm I had an account with you for 3 yrs now I am serious problems # 1. I had a car dodge avenger I had 1 yr.
Subcription. Then I renew the service around March 2015 I paid for radio and Internet now I sold the car and the new sonata 2014 hyundai has a free trial for 3months so radio and internet. Now they called me set up the remaining money for the 9 1 15 to go for the new subscription after the three months n is up. As off today June 25 at approximately 8.00 clock am I have been trying to set up my Internet with Sirius and I called sirius about 20 times and they can't seem to get the radio Internet working.
I am so pissed off becuz ur customer service representative are horrible when trying to problem solve. There seems to be a problem with me setting-up my password and over 20 of your staff couldn't help me they answer the phone like they can I am so tired right now calling u every day and night and u can't fix n the situation. Your representative put me on hold for hours saying they were going to transfer me to the shooting departments nobody ever answered., this pissed me off please I will twitter this complaint up and down the social websites, twitter, fb etc.
How do u treat ur customers like this I can't believe it. ASAP I need a answer from yourb cep I am tired of call listener care and they can't solve the problem my # is 917 6207771 I need this solved right away. My name is ms thomasina!!
