Complaint / review text:
I called in and requested service cancellation on July 6 instead they cancelled it on the day of my call. The original person I called put me on hold several times and didn't appear to be listening to me.
He was so busy trying to sell me service in my new area he didn't hear the cancellation date. I had found in the past that as long as DirectTV works you are okay, but the minute you need customer service you really have a horrible experience.
I don't ever plan on using DirectTV again. Who needs any aggravation that you pay for.
