Complaint / review text:
I had very few problems with my cable, the last 20 year. Then TWC changed to the digital adapters and I have had problems every day.
The cable goes out a least 5 times a day and I have to reboot the adapters. At anytime during the day or night I will have at least three channels out if not all. I just got off of the phone with support, so they could reboot an adapter. It was frozen at 95% when rebooting.
(They repaired it) 20 minutes later I have four channels not working. Received a call from TWC for a survey about the service, at the end was ask to leave a comment.
I try to, but the recording said there as a problem and it cut off. Not only am I having a problem, it looks like TWC can not fix it own problem.
