Complaint / review text:
After cancelling my Sirius account last month I was charged on my credit card again! I called and there was no record of the previous call from last month. They lied when they told me it was all recorded in my account and that there would be no more charges.
I went through the whole process again today. I will check this time and make sure my account has been cancelled and my credit added back to my credit card. I will never trust those people again!
Also, I will stop them using my credit card and have them send me a monthy invoice for my remaining account. If that fails the Sirius will no longer be playing on any of my radioes!
