DIRECTV is a ripp-off. They call it interuppting your service but they are still charging for something you do not have or cannot watch.
When calling to disconnect service and to get boxes with return labels to return their outdated equipment to keep from being charged $400 or more they conviently lost any notes or confirmation of cancellation so they can continued to charge for late fees and monthly services I did not have. They also charged me a disconnect fee. I could never get a straight answer about these charges from Customer Care either. They charged me for 2 months of TV I did not have plus.
They took 152.97 out of my account.
DIRECTV does not care about their customers and they take full advantage of everyone they can.
